I honestly do not know where to start!
Im in the office doing admin last week and an email pops into my inbox saying winner. Personaly I nearly deleted it there and then thinking it was spam. But for some reason ( probably my nosy side) I opened it . I am so glad I did as we won Homeware retailer of the year 2023/2024 for the South East Prestige award! Honestly I am still in shock .
After loosing the shop this year then being unwell back in august I almost gave up on my dream of O'Malley's but you, our customers and followers kept me fighting and boy am I glad I did.
That night myself , my wife and the kids celebrated all the hard work over the past 3 and a half years was showing.
A week later still in shock ...another email .. we won The Global recognition awards too!!!!
I actually fell off my chair. The judges had left comments as to why we won and it was all about us promoting sustainability and mental health awareness . Again this means so much that it is getting noticed . It is so important to me being able to sell wellness products and we are looking into what more we can do with this to help mindfullness and wellness into your everyday lives.
We are currently working on our salts and a zen mist which should be ready as early as next week! So keep your eyes peeled. We have a very small batch to start but the zen mist has been designed to calm the mind with scents. I will do a post on this in more detail once its available.
